How does it work?
Selling your saddle
Complete a questionnaire about your saddle and how much you want to sell it for (link below).
If we accept it, you send us the saddle, tracked and insured. We can arrange postage on request at your cost.
We check the saddle on arrival to ensure it is fit for purpose and as you have described. We will return it to you at our expense if we feel it is not fit for purpose or as described.
We will take photos, list it on the website and match it to any incoming requests.
We will store it securely and fully insured (at your sale value) until sold or you request it back from us. If you request it back postage costs are paid by you.
You can change the price at any time, unless the saddle is already booked for a trial.
When sold you will receive the sales value, less the commission, within 7 days of confirmation of the sale via bank transfer.
Registration fee (non refundable) - £40 for storage, website listing etc.
20% commission charged on your stated sale price
Minimum commission charge of £100.
If it has not sold in 12 months you can renew the listing for £30 for another 12 months or we reserve the right to return the saddle to you at our expense.
We will only accept treed, leather, western saddles of good quality, no treeless, Indian or synthetic saddles please. We reserve the right to refuse any saddle we do not feel is good quality - horse comfort and welfare is our priority.
